MYRTLE GROVE BAPTIST PRESCHOOL LEARNING CENTER MISSION STATEMENT
Mission Statement: To provide a home away from home for children that provides safety, challenges the growth and development, and nurtures the child’s well being. To provide a foundation for faith in Christ, expand the learning experiences and unite each parent, child and teacher in the love of Christ.
• To provide a foundation for faith in Christ through Bible activities, songs, stories and prayer.
• To provide a nurturing Christian staff.
• To promote learning through developmental age appropriate tasks.
• To provide an enriched environment for physical, social, emotional, spiritual and academic development.
• To provide a home environment away from home that provides safety and security and promotes kindness and compassion.
• To develop a sense of appreciation for God’s beautiful world and His Holy Bible as a special book.
• To provide daily success in the children’s work and play by encouraging them to complete tasks within their potential.
• To give them a year of their best memories by exposure to a given number of experiences.
• To provide a Christ-centered environment for the children and an outreach ministry to the family as extension of the home environment.
