How Can I Join the
Fellowship at
Myrtle Grove Baptist Church?
| By Profession of Faith and Baptism |
If you will receive Jesus Christ as your personal
Savior and Lord and follow Him in Baptism by immersion, we welcome
you into our fellowship.

| By Letter |
If God directs you here and you are a Baptist
whose church membership is elsewhere, we will be pleased to welcome
you into our family.
|
| By Baptism from Another Denomination |
If you know in your heart that you are saved
and want to become a member, we invite you to join by baptism.
This gives testimony of your salvation and your obedience to
His direction.

| By Statement |
In the event church membership records or a transfer
of membership letter is not available, or if you were once a
Baptist church member but are presently a member of another denomination,
we will accept you upon your statement of these conditions.

| By Watch Care |
Sometimes a military member or family is only
anticipating a temporary stay in Pensacola but wants to become
"locked in" with a local body of believers. Watch care
is for this group of people. Under Watch care, you become a part
of the Family at MGBC, but retain your membership in your home
church. You will be welcome to participate in all church events,
except voting. As with other ways of joining MGBC, all you need
to do is come forward during the invitation and make your desire
known.

You may express your desire to fulfill any of the above by presenting yourself during the invitation at the close of the worship service. Any decision that you make indicates you are committed to being faithful in the service of the Lord Jesus Christ. |
