| All information about MGBC activities
is welcome and encouraged to be submitted for publication to the website. |

| This includes, but is not limited to,
information about upcoming events, photos, descriptions about your
department (such as Bible Study classes), historical information, Sunday
School crafts and drawings that the children make - there is virtually no
limit on what can be published - and it is appreciated! |

| There are a couple of common sense
guidelines to follow: |
| |
| 1. Personal phone
numbers & addresses are not used unless specific permission is given
by that person to either the church office or the web manager. |
| |
| 2. Photos must be in good
taste and caution should be exercised when using photos of children
(permission of the parent should be obtained) - photos of children
will be published in the "members area" |

| |

| How to submit information for the site: |
| |
| For text information:
Email to the web manager - please provide as much "lead"
time as possible. If you don't have email you can give the church
office the information and it can be emailed via the office. |

| Photos, Flyers, Video tape & other
graphic files: If you have a scanner please
scan the material and send it as an attachment - indicating in the subject
line what the attachment is (such as a photo, graphic, etc.). Photos
should be scanned in jpeg format suitable for the web (not .bmp format
please).
If you do not have a scanner then either contact the
web manager via email or phone or the office - this is not a problem.
If you have a large number of photos to
use and you have not yet had your film developed you can ask the store
to have them put on disk - this saves a great deal of time.
If you have a digital camera and or cd burner all the
better!

| All material is subject to editing but
every effort will be made to publish what is submitted. Photos &
tapes submitted will be returned upon request. |

| Please note that, for the most part,
the web-manager does not create the content for the site - this is up to
the various staff members and departments! |
