This window below works
Try it! |

-
IF
- and this is the big one! -
IF your email is the same
as what you registered for the Members Area - if your email address has
changed it won't work. |

Other Issues |
The most common problem seems to be with "case-sensitive" issues. Remember "Robert" or "robert" or "ROBERT" are all different to a password manager system. This is true for both your "user-name" and "password". |
The 2nd issue is remembering your "user-name" and/or password. The automated system can email you your password - if you remember your "user-name." If you forget your "user-name" just drop the web manager a note - it will be sent to you. (This may take a few hours) - please see the additional note below on how to obtain your password again. |
BE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX - REMEMBER MY PASSWORD at the log-in window! |
(If you check the box - "remember my password" - that usually takes care this problem...most of the time - See the graphic above! |
If you have not registered for the
"Members Area" & would like to - please use the
"Registration Info"
link at the bottom of this page... |
If you do not know your user name
please email the web manager .... The password is encrypted - the web manager does not have access to it...but the system does!
