Christella M. Stillman passed from this life into the arms of her Savior on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 after a valiant struggle with cancer.

She was born December 9, 1958 in Jackson, MS and was a longtime resident of Pensacola.

She served for 28 years at the University of West Florida.

Christy is survived by her father Donald H. DeWitt; mother Tommie L. McCallum DeWitt; husband Tony B. Stillman; son Wesley R. Stillman; daughter Heather M. Stillman; grandson Deshawn J. Denkins; sister Stephanie White; brother-in-law Aaron White; nephew Caleb Ulichney; niece Gabrielle White; a large extended family as well as many wonderful friends, including her associates at the University of West Florida.

She was very much loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, September 18, 2006 at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church beginning at 6:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 7:30 PM. Arrangements were made by FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 100 Beverly Pkwy.

Donations may be made in Christy's memory to the American Cancer Society, Myrtle Grove Baptist Church or Brownsville Baptist Church.
