Information concerning the "Memorial Pages" on Myrtle Grove Baptist Church website The "Memorial Pages" are intended to be a way to remember and honor our church members, family & friends who have gone on to be with the Lord. We are very sensitive to the families and friends of a loved one that has passed away and we always want to be aware of their needs during this time above any other time. In regards to the above, the following procedures will be followed regarding information in the "Memorial" section of the website.

| No information will be posted to the
website until the web manager is notified by Myrtle Grove Baptist
Church.

| If there is any reason, or even no
reason, that a family does not want the information posted it will not
be.
|
| If it is posted and the family wishes
for it to be removed it will be as soon as possible after being
notified.

| If there is any reason why the information would cause
a family to be emotionally distressed, upset or embarrassed in any
manner the page will not be made.
|
| In summary, the needs of the family will always come
first.
|
| "Family" as referenced above is considered
to be, in most cases, the immediate next of kin.

| The "Memorial" page will consist of the
name, date of birth, date of passing and the information that is
provided by the family.
|
| A photo may also be included, if one is available, and
may be added, or changed, at a later date.
|
| If the family wishes to use a different photo than the
one used please contact the web-manager or church office.

| Also, if you have a family member/church member that
passed away prior to the start of this section of the website and would
want that member remembered here please contact us.
