Claude E. Martin,
82, of Pensacola passed away Saturday October 1, 2005 in a local health
facility.
Claude was a veteran of the U. S. Army and the Air Force. He was retired
from the U. S. Civil Service at NAS Pensacola.
Claude was a member of
Myrtle Grove Baptist Church.
He was an avid gardener of both
flowers and vegetables, enjoyed working in his garage and playing his
guitar.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Margie Martin; three daughters,
Debbie Waters, Carolyn Parsons and Suzanne Overton; two sons, Jackie
Beasley and Tony Beasley; nine grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 3, 2005 at
Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Dr. Alton Butler
officiating. Burial will follow in Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the
funeral home.
