Joyce Love (English) Lord, age 82, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on February
14, 2010.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, she was a longtime resident of Pensacola, Florida, a devoted wife
and mother, and a longstanding member of the Myrtle Grove Baptist Church.

Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Emory Donovan Lord, Jr., her parents,
and a brother.

She is survived by three sisters; Hazel, Margaret, and Eloise.

She leaves behind three children and spouses, Emory Steven Lord (Brigitte), Linda Adair Liechty (Steve), and Russell Donovan Lord (Shannon); six grandchildren, Philip Lord (Dottie), Justin and Julie Adair, and Hunter, Grant, and William
Lord; and two great-grandchildren, Shiloh Chestnut and Nathan Lord.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New
Warrington Rd., Pensacola, FL.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Following visitation, the Reverend Doctor Alton Butler will deliver the memorial service. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery onboard Pensacola Naval Air Station.
