| David Leon King, 37, of Pensacola, FL, passed away
Friday, June 28, 2002. David was born November 13, 1964 in Pensacola,
FL. He was a member of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church and was an avid
fisherman and had a heart for dolphins.
He was preceded in death by his father, L.A. King.
Survivors include his mother, Trudy H. King; sisters and
brother-in-law, Terri King and Anita King Thomas (Mike); brother and
sister-in-law, Louie King (Glenda); nieces and nephews, Scott and Chris
Dickson, Bonni Thompson, Michelle and Sandra King, and Justin and Katie
Redding; aunts and uncles, Mary Beth and Ernie Hester and Val and Bessie
Eddins; cousins, Cindy Purvis, Jeff Hester (Michelle), Jimmy Hester, Mike
King (Sharon), Bill King, Lou King; and many special family and friends
who loved him dearly.
Funeral services will be held 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at Faith
Chapel Funeral Home South with Brother David Lang and Brother Dan
Livingston officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until service time at
8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2002 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home South, 100 Beverly Pkwy., is in charge of
arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American
Diabetes Association in memory of David.
