Edith Keith Horne passed away January 20, 2009.

Edith was born in Argo, Alabama (Birmingham).

She was a faithful member of Central Baptist Church, Argo, graduated from Hewitt Trussville High
School and attended Howard College in Birmingham. She moved to Pensacola in 1955 when she married Robert Horne.

She was a long time member of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church.

Edith was a loving and caring wife, mother and Mam-Ma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Bettie Keith and four brothers Morris,
Rudolph, Leon and Floyd Keith.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert, her precious daughter and son-in-law Nancy and
Jerry Stanley, the apples of her eyes grandsons Matthew and Gregory, brother Carson Keith
(Hildegard) and sisters Elizabeth Blocker and Betty Sue Lovelady (Billy).

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Dr. Alton Butler officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.

Active pallbearers will be Matthew and Gregory Stanley, Ben Stanley, James Jennings, David
Lovelady, Phil and Barry Keith. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Brittain, Lawrence Comerford
and Norman Allen.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Myrtle Grove Baptist Church Renovation
Fund or Covenant Hospice.
