| Robbie, age 87, went home to be with her Lord and Savior,
Monday, February 03, 2003. She was a native of Atmore, Ala., but resided
in Brownsville and Myrtle Grove for the past 69 years. She is preceded in
death by her husband, Louie C. Milstead (1934-67) and husband, Pasco
Beliech (1984-98); a son, Nelson C. Milstead; brothers, Frank and Johnny
King; and sister, Ruby Steele. She is survived by sisters, Ruth Lee and
Lois Ward; a son, Gene Milstead and wife, Mary; a daughter, Linda Kersey
and husband, Paul, of San Jose, Calif.; and step-daughter, Barbara Eason
and husband, Ben, of Arlington, Va. She is also survived by seven
grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews
and friends. She was a charter member of Whitfield Baptist Church,
Brownsville Baptist Church, and a current member of Myrtle Grove Baptist
Church.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, February 6th from
5pm - 7pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola,
Fla.
Services will be held at the funeral home the following day, Friday,
Feb. 7th at 11am with the Pastor Ron Lentine officiating. Interment will
follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in the community of Oak Grove, Fla.
Pallbearers will be Norris Milstead, Eric Milstead, Ryan Mackey,
Vincent Milstead, Russ Ward, and Stephen Jones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Myrtle Grove Baptist
Church Renovation Fund, P.O. Box 3159, Pensacola, FL 32516.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
