NOTE 1: First name listed for Morning and Evening Service is in charge


NOTE 2: Person in Charge of Evening Offering collection will assign bank messenger's).


Note 3:  There may be times that a person is assigned to a service that they normally do not attend


Note 4: 1st Name listed for the Contemporary service should recruit other men if needed to take up the offering


Note 5: Due to the needs and "mix" of preferences (Blended, Contemporary, Choir, Security, Bank Messengers, etc)

 there will be months that a person is assigned to a a duty and/or service that may not meet the service that you prefer to attend.

An effort is made to make the duty schedule to "fit" but sometimes it won't happen.


Note 6: Not Assigned: Currently, each month 3 men will not be assigned.

This is done in a rotating order from the list of deacons/yokefellows.
Exception from the rotating list:

If you know you are not going to be available for 3 weeks or more in a month please let me know


If for some reason you are unable to perform your assigned duty, please
arrange for your replacement. Every assigned task is important including coming
to all Deacon/Yokefellow meetings.
