| As with any graphic intense or multi-media site some of the pages take time to load, many of them are designed to not play, stream or display until there is enough data transferred to your computer for them to flow smoothly - depending on your connect speed and general web conditions. |
| Programs that are used include: Flash, Shockwave, various slideshow programs and plug-ins. If you are prompted to download and install a plug-in it is safe to do so. |

some of the files before - you have! Like the holiday specials on TV some
of these files have been shown before.

Tips for viewing |
| Empty your internet cache, including cookies that you don't need |
| Disable your firewall while on these pages - remember to activate it again when you leave |
| Close other applications that may be running while viewing the pages. |
| After clicking on a link that is a large file go make some hot chocolate, coffee or finish your Christmas shopping - the page will be ready when you return. Please remember it takes a lot longer to make the files than it does to view them! |
