Dear Church Family,

Our stewardship campaign is coming along fine.  The reason for this is the incredible support that so many of you have given to this effort.  I want to express my appreciation to the prayer teams in the adult Sunday School classes.  Your ministry of visitation over the past several weeks has been a great help in getting our campaign off the ground.

I would also like to thank all of those who are currently serving on the Steering Committee.  I praise the Lord for your efforts and your sacrifice.

Please remember to pray daily for our Building for the Future campaign.  Ask the Lord to reveal to you the amount of your financial pledge.  Once you receive that word, be faithful to God in following through with your commitment.

Area of Special Interest

With all of the talk about renovation, some of us might be unsure what is going to change.  Each newsletter we want to focus in on one area that will be changed.  In this issue we are going to look at the Media Center.

The Media Center will be located in the space which is currently in the music suite.  It will contain a Children's Area as well as the Main Collection.  A very exciting new addition will be the Computer Lab that will allow users to do all sorts of projects using this powerful technology.  

As of now the Media Center holds about 10,000 items including books, videos, music CD's and books on tape.  All these wonderful Christian sources are available to be checked out.

In the new facility, the collection will expand and patrons will be able to use these resources as they deepen their study of God's Word or bring their children into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

During the renovation, the Media Center will be moved to the current Nursery area.  It will be open during it's normal hours.  Please call on the helpful Media Center staff members for help.

Building for the Future is designed to help our church reach its financial goals and draw this fellowship of believers into a closer walk with Jesus Christ.  This chart can help you see hour your faithful pledge can add up over the course of the campaign.
