Student Ministry

Small Groups (Sunday School)

We have Bible Fellowship Groups that meet every Sunday at 9:15 AM. These groups are divided into four separate guys and girls groups created by combining the 7th - 8th graders and 9th - 10th graders. There is also a co-ed group for our 11th - 12th graders.

Youth Ministry Team (LOTT Team)

Our LOTT—Leaders Of Today and Tomorrow—Team is made up of a praise band, prayer coordinator, drama coordinator, recreational director, audio/visual technicians, master or ceremonies, greeter committee and a follow-up director. Our youth leadership team spends time together every week praying, planning and preparing for our contemporary service

Contemporary Youth Service.

We have an exciting youth service every Wednesday night that begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:30 PM. This service is totally led by students on our LOTT Team. Our Youth Praise Band is made up of some dynamic teenagers who lead us in modern, contemporary worship music that ministers to this generation in a unique way. Our Minister to Students, Bro Kenny Craig, passionately preaches through the Bible one book at a time. This allows him to demonstrate how the Old and New Testament compliment each other and, most importantly, how to apply God's Word to our lives right now so we can grow spiritually. Following the Service, we take the youth to the Family Life Center and play basketball, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool, etc… from 7:30 until 8:30 PM. This is a great way to make friends and build relationships.

Youth FAITH Teams

Taking the Great Commission seriously, our Youth FAITH Teams meet every Sunday evening with a fast pace lesson from 4:30 to 5:00 pm and visits from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. This is one opportunity that youth can take advantage of to gain the necessary tools they need to share their faith with their family, friends and neighbors. We want to equip our youth to do the work of the ministry now. Through this outreach technique, we have seen several youth surrender their lives to Christ.

Local Missions.

The Waterfront Rescue Mission is a place that helps those in need, both the homeless and the addicted. We have a local Ministry at the Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola on the third Friday of each month where we provide and serve the evening meal and conduct the Chapel Service. God uses our youth as His instruments to reach out in love to men that are hurting so that these men can come to His throne of grace to commit or recommit their lives to Him. We meet at the church at 4:30 pm and return by 7:30 pm.

World Changers.

World Changers seeks to provide Christian youth and adults with opportunities to meet the physical and spiritual needs of others through practical learning experiences that teach servanthood and personal commitment to missions. Those involved serve others by repairing homes and sharing Christ.

Camps, Conferences and Retreats.

We provide youth an opportunity to attend a summer camp, winter conference, and spring retreat to encourage and motivate them to grow closer to Christ. This allows youth to see that being a Christian can be fun and exciting. At these events, the youth are given the tools on how to grow their faith, share their testimonies and understand how special and unique each of them are.

First Priority.

First Priority is Christian clubs in our high schools and middle schools throughout America. These clubs are started and run by students for students. Student leaders are expected to meet on a regular meetings and to plan for future meetings. A couple of desires of First Priority is to provide a time each week for Christian students to encourage each other in the faith and to reach out to their peers by using the four-week ACTS Revolution Strategy. This club gives the students the authority and power to take a stance for Christ on the campus. First Priority’s motto is, “Every campus, every student.”
