Nursery /
Preschool: Our nursery and
preschool workers strive to provide the finest facilities and child care
offering a Christian learning experience for babies and children through
five years of age. Our nursery and preschool department is constantly
growing. Volunteers are needed to help in this important ministry.
We also utilize both physical security
in the nursery/preschool area & a nursery alert system in the sanctuary.

Children's
Church: This extended
session takes place during morning worship and is for four and five
year-olds. Our children receive a Bible story that is reinforced
through crafts, music, and videos. A snack is also provided.
Lead teachers and helpers are needed on a rotation basis for this

Kids All-Stars:
Children's worship for grades one
through four is held during the morning worship time. Our Kids All-Stars
learn to worship and Share Christ with the children of their community by
Teaming up with each other. They are being helped and encouraged to
Advance in their spiritual maturity and to Recognize their spiritual gifts
early in life. Most importantly these boys and girls are learning what it
means to Surrender their life to God. Leaders and helpers are needed on a

FUN.Com:
"Fabulous Unforgettable Nights for Children On Mission" is held on Sunday
evening from 5:00 - 7:00pm in the Family Life Center. We are divided into
two groups. In addition to learning about missions, our 3 - 5 year-olds
are also receiving music education. Our 1st - 6th
grade group is recreation-intensive. We also spend time in Bible study,
missions education & service, and scripture memorization. Helpers are

Vacation Bible
School: VBS is our biggest
children's
evangelistic event. This exciting week of learning is for boys
and girls who have completed Kindergarten through sixth grade. Volunteers
are needed to assist in Bible teaching, crafts, music, props, publicity,
records, refreshments, and registration. Contact Ron Pouliot.
Backyard Bible
Clubs:
These evangelistic outreach Bible studies are designed to discover
unchurched children of all ages and share the good news of Jesus Christ
with them in ways that will be fun, meaningful, and memorable. Host homes
are needed as well as club directors, teachers, and workers. Contact Ron

Fall Family
Festival: This festival
produces a carnival atmosphere when the Family Life Center is lined with
game booths. It provides families with a Christian alternative to
celebrating Halloween. Our Fall Family Festival ministers not only to our
children, but to hundreds of boys and girls in the Myrtle Grove and
surrounding communities. Assistance is needed in all areas
(coordinating, decorating, food preparation, operating a booth,
publicity, etc.) Contact Ron Pouliot at 455-5545.
Easter Egg Hunt:
This community outreach is always a popular event for the young children
of our church and community. Last year we hid over 2,500 eggs for the
different age groups to find. The children and their parents are also
given a devotion on the true meaning of Easter while they enjoy a time of
refreshments. Help is needed in coordinating, egg & candy collection,
hiding of eggs, publicity, registration, serving of refreshments, traffic
