The Flower Ministry:

 The Flower Committee decorates the sanctuary for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving.

We purchase Poinsettias for Christmas, Lilies for Easter and after those special days, deliver the flowers to our homebound members.

Volunteers who enjoy fellowship and working in God’s house are welcome to share in these abundant blessings.

The History Committee is dedicated to preserving important & relevant documents, photos, audio & video files of the rich heritage of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church.

 Many of the photos and documents are being “digitalized” for preservation & for uploading to the church web site.

As Myrtle Grove Baptist Church continues to be a strong witness for our Lord on the west side of Pensacola the History Committee on a continual basis strives to ensure that the ground work of those from past years is preserved for future generations.

House and Grounds Committee: 

 This committee assesses the ongoing maintenance needs of the property, analyzes, prioritizes and prepares an annual budget request.  This committee coordinates maintenance and repairs of the church facilities.  Volunteers are needed to accomplish these important tasks.

Media Center:  The Media Center is the church library.  Its three-fold mission is to:

1. Provide books, tapes, video and other materials to church members.
2. Promote church programs and ministries.
3. Train believers to improve their personal and spiritual lives by using the library materials.

Volunteers and donations are needed to insure the continued success of this important mission.
