2006-2007 Bible Study (Sunday School) Teachers/Leaders

Small Group Bible Study (Sunday School). Bible study groups are the heart of the Sunday School ministry at Myrtle Grove. They are designed for leading people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and for building on-mission Christians through Bible study groups that engage people in evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship. At Myrtle Grove, Sunday morning Bible study groups are designated by division, department, and small group or class.

The Adult division includes college and career, singles, special needs, and a wide range of other adult classes.

The Youth division is divided into preteen (5^th and 6^th grades), middle school (7^th and 8^th grades), and high school (9^th – 12^th grades).

The Children and Preschool Divisions provide love, care, and spiritual growth for our little ones from birth through 4^th grade.

Volunteers are always welcome to help and share God’s love. We also invite you to serve as director, teacher, or secretary.

Discipleship University. Formerly BYPU, or Discipleship Training for us older folks, the purpose of this ministry is to train (disciple) learners to grow in Christ and therefore better minister to our members and the community.

A diverse assortment of courses that is to enlighten learners in four basic areas:

1. Doctrine

2. Family Enrichment

3. Leadership

4. Spiritual Growth. These courses are offered in the fall, spring and summer, except Faith Outreach training is not offered in the summer.

Teachers (facilitators) are needed for each class. We like to have associate teachers if at all possible.
